The view is fabulous, but rooms are basic and I think are a little over priced for what is offered. Owners are so friendly and accommodating.
Rooms are basic and I think are a little over priced for what is offered - its still a good price but I think they need to add a little something extra for more value for money

I stayed in this great hotel for 4 days, had very nice experience, liked its wonderful location very close to Dubrovnik Old Town, the hike back up and the town center. The staff was extremely friendly and best and the host too.

The owners were lovely, very helpful and welcoming. Mr Peric gave us a map of the old city when we got in, and explained where everything was, and what to do. There are also lots of brochures and pamphlets (in different languages) in the kitchen with things to see and do. The sea- view room which we booked had a beautiful view of the Old City and Lokrum Island. It was gorgeous. The Old City was so close- there are a lot of stairs to go down, but they lead straight to the main gate. There is a little supermarket down the road where you can buy your own groceries and stock the fridge in the room, as there is a kitchen with, utensils are provided. Theres also air conditioning in the room, which is great in the summer.
The shower head in the bathroom was attached at waist height on the wall, not above the head.

The Peric family were fantastic hosts - extremely friendly and a pleasure to be around. View was fantastic - as long as you are happy to climb the 360 stairs up to the house from the Ploce gate it's really worth it! Garden full of rosemary, grapes & kiwis was lovely. Great location close to old city & beach. If arriving on foot with heavy bags suggest a taxi to the door - just email the Peric family beforehand and they are really happy to help & give suggestions.

For the best experience, be sure to book a king room with a balcony and private bathroom that offers an incredible view 😍. This place is conveniently located near the historic center, making it super convenient to explore the area. Plus, there's a restaurant just 500 meters away, so you won't have to go far for a delicious meal.

The owner was very nice, the balconies are such a treat, not too far from the Old Town with amazing views.
If you have luggage or are not good with steps be advised you have to climb a lot of them to get to the rooms - this does mean the view is amazing though!

Nobody mentioned it was up 350 steps. Not exactly a place you could drop back to for a quick nap. The view of the Old Town was obscured by the roof of a building right in front, though there was good sea view.

Staff is very nice and welcoming but the owner shall put more smile.
Very difficult to get there - you have slight chance will get there correctly if you don't familiar with Dubrovnik. Room is small - hardly fit a opened suitcase. The view is nice but blocked by the plants - over half of the castle is blocked.
